Class II Semi-Subgroups of the Infinite Dimensional Rotation Group and Associated Lie Algebra

The infinite dimensional rotation group plays important roles in white noise analysis. In particular, the class II subgroup describes significant probabilistic properties. We shall find a local Lie group involving some half whiskers in the class II and discuss its Lie algebra.
