Series on Synchrotron Radiation Techniques and Applications

Series editors:
David H Bilderback (CHESS, Cornell Univ. USA)
Keith O Hodgson (Dept. of Chemistry & SSRL, Stanford Univ. USA)
Maya P Kiskinova & Renzo Rosei (Sincrotrone Trieste, Italy)

This aims to be the most comprehensive series of books devoted to techniques using synchrotron light and their applications. Most of the volumes will focus on a particular technique, covering the historical and theoretical background, instrumentation and also giving a comprehensive and up-to-date review of the various applications of the technique. Others will focus on an important application (e.g. medical, biological, industrial, surface) rather than a technique. This series will be useful both to graduate students as textbooks and to researchers as reference books.
